Chamber slides
Another way to culture cells for microscopy are in chamber slides that can have #1.5 coverslips incorporated into the dish or slide to be easliy used on the microscope.
Ibidi has a range of #1.5 chamber slides, as well as channel slides and other geometries for a range of different applications.
The IMB Microscopy Facility stocks Mattek 35mm Glass Bottomed Dishes (P35G-1.5-14-C Pack of 10) that can be ordered here with an IMB login. We also 3D print custom holders for specific dishes to fit into specific microscope stages, just contact us for details.
