QFAB provides bioinformatics and biostatistics services for the analysis and management of ‘omics and clinical datasets.
We work nationally, with industry, clinicians, and applied and academic life science researchers, predominantly in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields. This diversity builds our capacity to apply new skills and approaches to a project, to implement the most effective solutions and unlock the full value of data.
Our services range from contract research, experimental design and analysis, data capture and mining, through to genomics, proteomics and metabolomics analyses, and data visualisation. We are experts in cross-domain integration of multiple data types, including linkage to clinical data.
We also develop scientific software and we can design, deploy and refine the high performance IT infrastructure that is required to support life science informatics.
To empower researchers in mastering their data generation and analysis, we offer a wide range of courses and workshops, covering statistics, data processing and bioinformatics. Free consultations are available to our member universities to assist life sciences students and ECRs to get started with bioinformatics techniques and to provide advice.
QFAB provides bioinformatics, biostatistics and biodata services to life sciences and health researchers.
