IMB Impact Award - Teamwork

This award recognises a person or team who, relative to opportunity, has demonstrated the ability to work with others towards a common goal and bring people together in an equitable and inclusive way to create a positive impact on the institute, university and/or wider community.

 

IMB Impact Award - Innovation

This award recognises a person or team who, relative to opportunity, has demonstrated a significant improvement to processes, systems or practices, or implemented new concepts or approaches that are equitable and inclusive and have had a lasting positive impact on the institute, university or wider community. 

 

IMB Impact Award - Leadership 

This award recognises a person or team at any level who, relative to opportunity, has demonstrated a positive and ongoing influence on their colleagues and achieved a harmonious and improved work environment that is respectful of equity and inclusion through creating a positive, performance-based culture.

 

IMB Impact Award - Service 

This award recognises a person or team who consistently goes above and beyond in performing their duties, who is respectful of equity and inclusion, and who demonstrates a positive impact that is greater than expected for their role.

 

IMB Impact Award for 2017

This award recognises the most outstanding of the winner of the above four categories and will be decided at the judges' discretion.
