IMB Impact Award - Teamwork
To recognise a person or team who has demonstrated the ability to work with others towards a common goal and bring people together to create a positive impact on the institute, university and/or wider community.
IMB Impact Award - Innovation
To recognise a person or team who has demonstrated a significant improvement to processes, systems or practices, or implemented new concepts or approaches that have had, or are likely to have, a lasting positive impact on the institute, university or wider community.
IMB Impact Award - Leadership
To recognise a person or team at any level who has demonstrated a positive and ongoing influence on their colleagues, assisting or inspiring them to reach their full potential.
IMB Impact Award - Service
To recognise a person or team who consistently goes above and beyond in performing their duties, who demonstrates initiative and commitment, and achieves a positive impact that is greater than expected for their role.
IMB Impact Award - Culture
To recognise and celebrate outstanding effort made by individuals and teams who promote equity, diversity and inclusion within UQ, and proactively enhances a sense of community amongst staff, students and partners.
