IMB Impact Awards

At IMB, we strive to make a positive impact within our institute, the university and the broader community. This impact is not just in the form of research discoveries, but can also encompass a range of achievements such as developing a new process that makes us more efficient, or inspiring others to reach their full potential.

The IMB Impact Awards provide an opportunity for us to acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding achievements and successes of our fellow staff and students. By publicly recognising and thanking our colleagues for their dedication and high-quality work, we make a statement about the positive and collaborative culture we value at IMB.

Awards will be made in each of five categories, each judged relative to opportunity and career stage, applying the principles of equity and inclusivity, including gender equity and equal opportunity for professional and research staff and students. Similarly, awardees will be expected to have demonstrated principles of equity and inclusion in their work.

The individual winner in each category will receive a $250 prepaid VISA card, while the team winner will receive a shared $500 VISA card.
