Masters by Research (MPhil)

A Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree allows you to undertake an original research project, guided by an experienced researcher. An MPhil fosters the skills you need to develop, conduct and communicate the results of a scientific research program. An MPhil also equips you with transferable skills such as leadership, communication, critical thinking and teamwork. These skills allow IMB MPhil graduates to secure positions not only in research and academia, but also in industry and government roles.
